Job Specification
- Manage all packaging related activities in line with the organizations business plans
- Manage all major packaging change projects
- Assess and audit all new and current packaging suppliers as and when required
- Raise specifications in a timely manner
- Lead packaging Margin Improvements
- Work closely with and mentor/train subordinates
- Seek out innovative options for our current and new packaging projects
- Assist in standardizing all our packaging
- Ensure that all packaging meet the regulatory / standards requirements
- Introduce systems/paperwork for all our processes
- Assist in purchasing packaging equipment
- Support our technical team to resolve packaging related issues

Qualification
- Minimum BSC (Minimum Second Class Lower) / HND (Minimum Lower Credit) from a reputable university, either in Nigeria or abroad, in food, science or Engineering related fields. A diploma from the UK institute of packaging an M.Sc (Sciences or Social sciences) or an MBA will be an added advantage.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in an FMCG company or/and a research agency within a Packaging environment is essential
