Job Title: Builder
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
- Challenging structural building in terms of proposed solutions i:e construction cost, technical requirements, sustainability, suitability
- Delivering assigned tasks for the company design & infrastructure development projects
- Preparation of drawings, reports and specifications
- Ensuring compliance with all projects quality procedures and requirements
- Sustaining client relationships and developing new business
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND degree in Building/ Construction management
- Minimum of 1 year progressive cognate experience
- Excellent Communication, Writing and Reporting Skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Creative, Target Driven with excellent organizational skills
- Level headed diplomatic approach to working with others.
- Designing and developing projects and programme of maintenance work
