- The deliverables of this role is to deliver top and bottom line for the company in your markets via executing both the leading KPI’s (distribution, displays, and shelf execution) plus major NPD and category expansion projects.
- To achieve sales targets by leading, coaching and managing the plans of the sales team (company & Distributor) to maximise execution while staying within spend budgets
- Focus on Key Account management to drive targeted sales with ROI mindset.
- Manage the day to day activities of the Distributor team and plan for direct coverage of retail outlets through the use of Distributor sales team.
