Job Title: Customer Support Staff

Job Description
The Post of Customer Service staff is available for a young lady between the age of 20 - 25 at the above company.
Responsibilities
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Minimum Qualification
- Interested and qualified candidates should possess an OND qualification
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Analyzing Information and Multi-tasking
- Must be very professional with excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Must be computer literate, have a Basic Knowledge about Graphic Design, hardworking, independent, persevering and able to work very well with colleagues.
- Sex: Female.
