Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years post-first degree/higher-diploma qualifications in any field of knowledge from recognised universities/polytechnics.
- Minimum of 10 years post-Master's degree qualification from recognised universities.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in human capital development sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use and deployment of relevant ICT applications.
- Proven- capacity for goal getting and target delivery.
