Job Description
- The Audit, Risk & Compliance Manager is a systems thinker who is customer focused and goal driven.
- This individual identifies relevant information and helps transform this information into individual and organizational knowledge and learning.
- The Audit and Risk Manager is action oriented and innovative.
- He/She translates broad goals into achievable steps.
- He/She anticipates and solves problems and takes advantage of opportunities.
- This position requires an individual with knowledge of and experience in IFRS, accounting principles and standards and audit procedures.
- This individual deals effectively with demanding situations and designs as well as implements interventions.
Academic & Professional Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
- Membership of ICAN or ACCA is compulsory
- A Post Graduate Degree will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial
- position
- Experience in BMOs, and in similar functional area is an added advantage
