Job Title: Manager, Training & Capacity Development

Job Description
- The Manager, Training and Capacity Development will provide strong support for the Directorate of Training and Capacity Development through technically sound services that cut across the spectrum of the training value chain in a professional manner that exceeds client’s expectations and sets the organisation above competition in fulfilling its mandate on a sustainable basis.
- He/She will manage human and material resources in the Directorate effectively and efficiently, to fulfill both organisational and individual potentials
Academic & Professional Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
- A Post Graduate Degree will be an added advantage
- Professional qualification, certification and membership of, at least, one professional body e.g. CIPM, NIM, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in BMOs, and in similar functional area is an added advantage
