IFES is recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Position: Program / M&E Officer
Location: Abuja
Description
- Responsible for coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
- Guiding the development, revision and approval of the M&E plan and;
- Ensure regular collection, compilation, and reporting of accurate indicator data.
- Assist in design and implementation of the programs to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Assist in the development of the program narrative reports.
- Assist in the management of specific project activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors Degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, economics or related field;
- Minimum of five years' experience in the monitoring and evaluation of international Democracy and Governance development project activities;
- Demonstrated capacity to implement M&E activities, conduct research, analyze data and manage/use databases is required
- Training experience including material development, design and implementation of training activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with diverse international team and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft.
