Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
General Summary
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
Duties
- Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers/ clients
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries,
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls;
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
- Develop effective sales plan and ensure quality of service at all times.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customer and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Qualifications
- Must be neat, smart, articulate and goal oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Must be a team player with a cheerful disposition.
