Role: Manager HR
Job Description
- Must have worked in HR.
- Job will involve controlling a total staff strength of 1000 employees across our group.
- Focus will be on controlling expatriates (approx 70) and their local resources.
- Will be required to prepare a handbook, monitor and maintain discipline, track performance for incentive schemes, conduct performance review meetings etc.
The candidate would also take care of:
- Recruiting & hiring practices,
- Retention
- Management support and negotiations
- Maintaining MIS and other requisite reports
- HR development
- Designing & implementing standard operating procedures
- Monitoring overall functioning processes
- Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize efforts.
- Good communication, people management & negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must be able to manage 1000+ team
- Experience: Nigerian experience required.
- Strategic Human Resource & Performance Management,
- Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development.
- measuring & reporting HR issues
- development plans within agreed formats and timescales
- formulating and developing HR strategies for smooth flow of operations.
- Good communication, people management & negotiation skills.
