Job Description
- Experience coordinating with the field, performing site surveys and completing site observations.
- Capability of designing plumbing systems including unit selection, distribution and controls.
- Assist in bidding, contract and procurement process.
- Supervise third party contracts and ensure compliance to specifications according to terms and conditions.
- Complete state required energy compliance calculation.
- Design sanitary, waste and vent piping, hot and cold water distributions system.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, life safety and fire protection system.
Qualifications
- A person with the highest level of personal integrity with a very good
- interpersonal and a demonstrated track record.
- A system oriented and technology savvy professional will be preferred.
- Should possess at least 10 years of experience in high profile construction projects, residential and commercial complexes.
- Experience in high rise construction
- University degree in mechanical engineering.
