Job Title: Total Quality Management Officer

Reporting Line: Role 1 (MD/CEO), Role 2 (Business Manager), Role 3 (Business Manager), Role 4 (Business Manager)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (9:00am - 8:00pm)
Job Summary
The Total Quality Management Officer’s basic responsibility is as follows:
- Manage organizations policies and procedures
- Define Service Level Standards
- Manage Product Quality and endorse every product prior to delivery to customer
- Internal Control
- Service Assurance.
Minimum Required Qualification & Skills Required
- Proximity to Lekki will be an advantage.
- First degree in any course from any University.
- Degrees in related courses and additional certifications or qualifications will be of advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in Process/Control function is required.
- Ability to use BPM tools such as Process Maps etc
- Ability to obtain reference from last employer (If any) is required for all the roles.
- Ability to manage people of diverse skills - both semi-skilled & professional staff
- Flawless command of English Language - both written and spoken
- Competence in Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to write marketing proposals and close up deals.
Salary Package & Benefits
- The organization has a harmonized pay structure but salary negotiable based on candidate’s experience.
