Position: Quantity Surveyor
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Manager; Operations
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND, Quantity Survey, Membership of professional body is added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years post NYSC cognate or relevant
Location:
- Must be resident in Abuja
Responsibility:
- Preparation of bills of quantity
- Development of Preliminary cost advise
- Advising on contractual methods
- Advising on contractors selection
- Preparation of tender documents
- Develop Cost planning
- Valuation of construction works
- Procurement management
- Cost control and post contract management
- Estimation
- Facility management
- Conduct Value management& Analysis
