Qualifications
- Must be Doctorate degree and Masters degree holders in theology.
Other Requirements:
- Must be a born again Christian
- If not convincingly born again, must be prepared to go through the process of becoming a true child of God.
- Must be prepared to be well trained theologically, to the level of doctorate; especially for the clerics.
