Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Summary;
- The Front desk officer is responsible for providing secretarial clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner,
Job Description
- You will have the following responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard system and manage phone calls at the reception area, directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages when required
- Welcoming and answering queries from visitors/client^ and providing them with necessary information when possible.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company
- Receive, acknowledge receipt and sort mails and deliveries
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Maintaining a log of employee attendance on a daily basis
- Keep inventory of vehicle key(s), monitoring and coordinating activity and movement of drivers.
- Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate
Qualifications:
- Minimum HND/ B.sc Degree. 2.2
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year post NYSC cognate or relevant
