Job Title: Salon Manager
Location: Woji, Port Harcourt-Rivers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Have oversight over all staff
- Ensure staff efficiency and productivity
- Monitor processes and create reports
- Manage relationship with existing client
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in any leadership capacity is an added advantage.
- Should be a resident of Port Harcourt in the Woji, Artillery, Elelenwo, Slaughter Axis.
