Position Title: Contract Delivery Manager

Role Summary/Purpose:
The Contract Delivery Manager leads a Contract Management team that consists of a Planner, Maintenance & Integrity Engineer,Material Management Coordinator and Document Controller to achieve well defined KPI's.He/She will plan/coordinate activities on site of a project to fulfill a customer order according to financial/commercial parameters and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Drive the planning process from GE side, communicate with the Customer planners and Activity Owners
  • Communicate with local GE Supervisors and ‘Global GE’ to ensure that Customer Activity Owner's expectations are met
  • Monitor start and end dates of main work orders (both local GE Onne Base and global GE) ensuring quality delivery within schedule and planned costs/budget
  • Responsible for monitoring the status and progress of delivery of quotes
  • Ensure integrity & maintenance of Customer Subsea tools
  • Ensure timely delivery of operational spare parts
  • Achieve the NCD targets that are defined in the Contract NCD Plan
  • Work with the Customer Project Management Services to prepare a Contract Dashboard to present performance on the defined KPI measures on quarterly Business Performance meeting
  • Provide interface liaison with functional organizations and ensure proper communication of requirements
  • Continually review processes to ensure overall efficiency
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Develop Enhanced Project Management programs and processes that reduce total cycle time and span

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Able 'to deliver' in a challenging environment, fully customer focused.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics:
  • Knowledge of contract law and formation
  • Ability to take lead role in routine contracts
  • Six Sigma training is preferred (GE employees only)
  • Additional experience in contract administration or project management is preferred
  • Sound business and financial acumen
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
