Job Title: Solar Site Construction Manager

Scope of work
- On a 50MW construction site, Site Manager in charge of the overall follow up of the day-to-day activities on site and contractors supervision. Permanent representative of the Company on site and manage the site supervision team.
- In liaison to the project construction director who is in charge of the contract, schedule & budget.
- Permanent representative of the Company on site and manage the site supervision team.
Main Missions
- Implement the Company policy on site.
- Organize weekly coordination meetings and more generally supervise the way the project is completed.
- Supervise contractors for Quality, HSE, Documentation and coordination with others.
- Implement Quality Control Plan and progress follow up.
- Manage a team of 5 people in charge of the good completion of the project.
- Issue a weekly report to the Execution Manager with status of Physical Progress, potential Overcost and Contractual issues, HSE.
Qualifications / Background
- Strong experience in Construction Management (minimum 10 years).
- Experience in Solar Plants (Design and/or Construction) is necessary.
- Perfect knowledge of construction and working conditions in Africa.
- French mandatory.
