Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible in ensuring management of Smile operations Centre(s), Data Centre(s), Switching Centre(s), Radio Access network, Microwave and fibre transmission network, IP network, LAN/WAN;
- Management and Governance of the Managed Services Partner, other contractors and partners in Lagos region and Creation, measurement, management and improvement of network key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Network performance monitoring and optimization for Lagos region.
