Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Kano
Job Profile
- The sales engineer will be responsible for selling to new prospects as well as selling to existing customers.
- Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
Key Requirements
- B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
- Proven 2-4 years of relevant work experience in technical sales
- Very good knowledge of medium voltage product background
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Customer oriented and convincing personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to suggest solutions and make plan for product sales improvement
