Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Job Description
- Establish and maintain standard operation procedures for housekeeping
- Abreast of daily arrivals and departures to ensure guest expectations are met
- Consistent communication with the front Office with respect to room moves,out of order rooms,etc
- Train and develop the staff to achieve high levels of productivity/high standard of customer service.
- Troubleshooting emergencies.
