Job Title: Research and Development Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for designing and execution of all research products from planning to completion.
- Will play a key role in improving the quality of products and services offered by the firm while charting an upward part for the firm towards becoming a one stop shop for real estate in the world.
Requirements
- Must possess Bachelor's Degree or Upper Credit (HND) in Estate Management or relevant degree.
- Master's Degree in Estate Management/Business Admin or other related courses is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with marketing and sales operatives.
- At least 10 years post NYSC experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position as research and development officer from a reputable real estate or related companies.
