- Must possess Bachelor's Degree or Upper Credit (HND) in Estate Management or relevant degree.
- Knowledge of market research and surveys
- Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communication.
- At least 3 years experience as research and development officer in any reputable Real Estate Firm.
