Job Title: Inside Sales Support Officer

Job Brief

- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Support staff.
- The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and increasing revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Provide relevant data and reports to help sales tem.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge
- Provide follow-up for customer quotes and lost sales.
- Maintains database (Excel, etc.) of debtors and follow up for recovery.
- Manage our social media
Requirements and Qualifications
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers with a high level of confidence.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred
- First degree from a recognized university
