Job Overview
- Responsible for managing the following aspects of an HR Consulting Firm: people management, project management and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring excellent delivery of consulting projects, and maintaining customer engagement.
- Ensure hitch-free internal and external operations, adherence to operational policies and implementation of process improvements.
- Responsible for the financial/expense management of the practice.
- Ensure business objectives are regularly communicated and achieved.
- Recruit, lead, support and engage staff; monitor individual performance and identify development opportunities.
Person Specification
- Educational Qualifications: First degree in any subject.
- Professional Qualifications: CIPM, CIPD or HRCI qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position including 2 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience.
