Duties and Responsibilities
- Rendering Legal Advice to the Local Government
- Preparing Legal Documents relating to the Administration of the Local Government
- Drafting and filing Legal documents in Courts
- Drafting and Vetting Laws and Regulations
- Appearing for the Local Government in matters of Civil Litigation in Courts
- Prosecuting on behalf of the Local Governments in all criminal proceedings
- Performing such other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- LLB, BL Degree with not less than 5 years cognate working experience.
Important Notice
- Candidates must possess NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate or Certificate of Exclusion where applicable.
- Membership of Professional bodies would be an additional advantage.
- Candidates who are awaiting result will not be considered and need not to apply.
Remuneration
Salaries, allowances and other conditions of service would be as approved by the Kaduna State Government.
