Job Title: ICT Lead
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Head Logistics
Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and application
- Monitor and maintain computer system and networks
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagram and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- Continuous design and improvement of the company’s website
Educational Qualification & Experience
- 2-5 years relevant working experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related course
- MSc would be an added advantage
