Job Title: Analyst, Civil Standards
Job summary:
The Analyst, Civil Standards will provide support to the Manager Health and Safety Standards Compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in carrying out inspections, tests and certifications on Civil Engineering Works
- Supports in developing compliance plans for Licensed Operators by researching, analyzing, selecting, and applying compliance engineering concepts, approaches, techniques, and criteria
- Assists in organizing compliance program by preparing timetables, cost estimates, and required resources
Required Knowledge and Skills
- A good understanding of the Commission’s mandate and the Electricity sector in Nigeria
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Adept in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office suite
- Research and data management skills
- Attention to detail
Educational / Professiona Qualification(s)
- A Civil Engineering degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Must meet the registration requirements by COREN
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
