Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Installation of HVAC system (chiller, air condition)
- Repair of malfunctioning Air conditions.
- Conducting preventive maintenance on all mechanical and some electrical device.
- Carryout repairs on some electrical panel of the generating set
- Keeping of facility maintenance records and submitting report to the maintenance supervisor
- Daily inspection to monitor facilities working effectively
- Ensuring 100% cooling effect of the HVAC system
- Maintenance of Lift
- Attending to guest complains.
