Job Title: Geophysics Acquisition Project Leader and Reservoir Engineer (Expat)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Review the existing dynamic models, and update them if necessary, in perfect collaboration with the COMPANY HQ Study team in Paris
- Revise/optimize/propose well location, design, trajectories…to optimize the wells pattern in perfect collaboration with the GSR team but also the Drilling and Completions (DCD) team
- Review/Generate the various production profiles necessary for the Development studies
- Work in close cooperation with Development team to answer rapidly to any clarifications or request
- Prepare the field monitoring plan to be included in FDP
- Write the Field Development Plan (reservoir part, mainly but in close cooperation and integration of the other parts)
- Prepare, participate and eventually solicit, with the GSR Leader, the internal validation meetings.
- Prepare, participate and eventually solicit, with the GSR Leader, Partners or Authorities meetings and workshops.
Job Requirements
- Formal education: Bachelor of Sciences in Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent)
- Professional experience: 7-8 years of experience in reservoir engineering and well monitoring
