Job Description
  • Algorism is currently recruiting business development/sales executives to drive growth in our enterprise business.
  • Our enterprise business is focused on digital transformation solutions for Private-sector Enterprises and Government and covers Technology Consulting, Software, Data Center Infrastructure and Cloud services.
Requirements
  • Experienced in enterprise technology sales selling software or infrastructure.
  • Must have sold any of the following or similar solutions: Big Data, Analytics, BI/DW, Middleware, API Gateway, Master Data Management, CRM, BPM, Server, Storage, Archiving, Cloud.
  • Must have a track record of performance in sales – meeting sales targets, and managing complex sell cycles.
  • Amazing Salesperson. You have a desire, even an obsession, to win new customers, deepen existing relationships and maximize revenue. You are a closer.
  • Go-Getter. Willing to go If you are a results-oriented, no-excuses-given over-achiever, and meet this profile.
  • Entrepreneurial. Knowing how to build and grow a business from scratch is essential.
  • Energy and Creativity. Energy and enthusiasm are your hallmarks. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work. You love the creative process and apply it to the sales process.
  • Your sales experience is in financial services, public sector, oil & gas or conglomerates.
