Job Description
- Acts as a focal point for clients problems, questions and concerns on clients premises
- Coordinate with relevant units within client location to provide timely and accurate answers
- Manage relationships between the company and client
- Ensure that the company’s outsource offerings are orderly and compliant to clients peculiar preferences
Qualifications & Skills
- HND or Degree holders in any field
- 5 years’ experience handling client issues
- Good communication and people issues
- Good listening skills
- Ability to resolve issues and escalate same when necessary.
