Responsibilities
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service inquiries
- Escalate orders and fulfill customers’ needs to ensures customers satisfaction
- Manages customers contacts Centres
- Deal with and help resolve customers complains
- Monitoring Driving school students
Qualification & Skills
- HND or Degree holders in any field
- Two years’ experience handling client issues
- Good communication and people issues
- Good listening skills
- Ability to resolve issues and escalate same when necessary.
