A Fast Growing Construction Company in Lagos, invites applications from qualified persons for the following positions:
1.) Position: Civil Engineer (Ref CE 001)
Qualifications/Experience:
- HND in Civil/Building Engineering.
- NSE/COREN Qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of Building experience.
- Must have good knowledge of Auto Cad/Archicad.
- Must be able to supervise a building construction from foundation to completion.
2.) Position: Truck Drivers (Ref TD 002)
Qualifications/Experience:
- Must possess a valid driving license, Class E.
- Cognate experience of 3 years in driving a Mack Truck is an added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum of First School Leaving Certificate.
- Must have good knowledge of Truck Maintenance.
- Must be honest and willing to provide suitable guarantors.
3.) Position: Foreman (Ref. F 003)
Qualifications/Experience:
- HND/ND Qualification in Civil/Building Engineering.
- C & G Certificate in Civil/Building is an advantage.
- At least 8 years building experience is required.
- Must be able to supervise building construction from foundation to completion.
- Good leadership skill to coordinate site workers.
4.) Position: Personnel Manager: (Ref. PM 004)
Qualifications/Experience:
- HND/BSc qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- 5 years cognate experience in a reputable and well organised private/public sector.
- Knowledge of basic computer programmes like MsWord, Excel etc is a must.
- Possession of any professional certificate will be an added advantage.
- Must be result oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
