Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS) provides the infrastructure for automated processing, settlement of payments and fund transfer instructions between Banks and Card Companies in Nigeria.NIBSS is owned equally by all licensed banks in Nigeria, and the Central Bank of Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Network & Security Administrator
Location: Lagos
Grade: Banking Officer
Department: Network & Communication
Division: Technology & Operations
Reports to: Head, Network & Communication
Key Responsibilities/Skill Requirements
- Basic knowledge in Routing/Switching
- Understanding of TCP/IP, border gateway protocol (eBGP/iBGP)
- Enhanced Interior Gateway Protocol (EIGRP)
- Proven experience in Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)
- Knowledge in domain name server (DNS)
- Basic knowledge in Virtual private network (VPN) e.g. site to site, DMVPN with multiple vendors
- Proven experience in handling Firewalls/Security with multiple vendors, Proxy and Virtualization
- Basic knowledge of networks, setting up and maintaining servers and security-access/profiles
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networking and Orchestration
- Basic knowledge of Application Centric Infrastructure
- Proven knowledge of Load Balancing, L4-L7 configuration and management
- Proven knowledge of data analytics tools and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to solve problems with little or low supervision within SLA/OLA.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience related to the Job.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
- Possession of professional qualification(s) such as CCNA, CCNP, ACCIP or CCIE will be an added advantage.
