Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Masaka, Nasarawa

Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the organisation’s property, vehicles, building, furniture and grounds.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work in MFF.
- Delivering timely, cost effective maintenance and improvement of the organisation’s property which includes vehicles, buildings and structures, furniture and fittings, utility services and infrastructure, grounds and gardens.
- Maintenance of utility services including water, gas, electricity, sewage, drainage, and garbage disposal.
- Responsible for movement, repair and replacement of organisation’s equipment.
- Oversee all office building, electrical and mechanical repairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND or higher qualification in any relevant area
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to establish harmonious work-relationships with colleagues in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to think strategically and evaluate situations, decisions, issues.
- Must be smart and agile
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
