Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Description
We are looking for a strong operations team leader to coordinate an efficient restaurant operations team.
Reporting to you will be:
- 7 Chefs
- 3 Barmen
- 8 Waiters
- 2 Dispatch bikers
- Security personnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience of managing and developing staff.
- Good inventory management and reporting skills.
- Low tolerance for imperfection.
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is a clear advantage, but experience of running/supervising any other hospitality based operations team will also suffice.
Remuneration
- Salary ranges from N120k to N150k depending on competence and potential to grow.
