- Business Development Executives make cold calls
- Business Development Executives conduct meetings.
- Make sales presentations.
- Business Development Executives identify new leads
- Performing follow up duties
- Book sales appointments.
- Business Development Executives promote products
- Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
- Attending meetings, training sessions and seminars
- Develop sales strategies in tandem with marketing department.
- Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs.

- Providing feedback to managers.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Constantly source new and viable clients for all our real estate businesses, participate in arranging site inspections to activate sales transactions, reports to the branch manager in day-to-day activities.
