Qualifications
- B.Sc in Engineering
- 10 - 15 year's work experience in Offshore pipeline and facilities construction.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of cost and schedule analysis
- Manages project budget
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Ability to lead teams and strong leadership skills
- Experience running large value projects
- Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards
- English speaking, however good knowledge of foreign languages optional
- Strong management resource allocation skills
- Vendor management skills
- Great communication skills especially in the area of diplomacy
- Cultural tolerance
