Job Objective
- The expectation from the incumbent is to devise end to end business pertinent HR policies/customizations right through the staffing, engagement, learning and growth paths for employees and also deal with all HR issues efficiently to help achieve the overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human
- Resources staff. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.
- Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams and community events support, company Philanthropic giving, and benefits administration
- Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
- Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Sciences.
- At least '10 years' experience in HR
- Must have professional certifications ACIPMN, SPHR etc.
