Job Title: Legal Services Manager

Location: Nigeria
Job Objective
- Specialized administrative work in directing the Legal personnel with the responsibility of overseeing the legal aspect of the business and assisting the Chief Legal Officer.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Litigation and Arbitration database of the Company.
- Attending to all legal issues assigned by the CLO
- Ensure the issuance of title documents to Clients
- Managing the schedule of Properties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the three tiers of government in Nigeria.
- Provide quality legal advice to units/departments of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- At least 10 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role in the real estate industry.
- Must be familiar with Local and International Laws.
- Must have Sound knowledge of litigation, Relationship built over time with security agencies.
