Job Title: Verification Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Procuring data and booklets relevant for the company’s background screening services.
- Develop and maintain tools related to various dimensions of verification
- To conduct physical visit to personnel and guarantors last employment,’ business and/or residential addresses for verification of their credentials
- Scrutiny and verification of information regarding Drivers and guarantors as narrated in their registration form
- Preparation of verification feedback report upon concluding verification
- Coordination with management to facilitate decision making.
Requirements
- Interested candidates must be an OND Holder
- At least 2 years experience in structured company
- At least 2 years experience in outsourcing business OR HR function
- 1 yr experience in similar role
