Meadow Hall Foundation’s Inspirational Educator Awards (INSEA) is a merit-based award aimed at elevating the teaching profession and motivating teachers and school leaders to continue to strive for excellence in their profession.

The Inspirational Teacher of the Year will receive a cash award of N1,000,000 while the Inspirational School Leader of the Year will receive a cash award of N2,000,000. The two runners-up for both categories will also receive the sum of N500,000.00 each.
