Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Overview
- Responsible for the general and day to day operations of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Establish performance goals, allocate resources and formulate and implement policies in line with the strategic direction and corporate objectives of the Company.
- Ensure efficient execution of business strategies for Company products and services.
- Ensure that Company’s business activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, safety, health and environment.
- Ensure that plant operations meet budget and other financial goals.
- Develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems
- Ensure the company's products secure a large share of the National market for lubricants, in consonance with its indigenous pioneer status in lubricants blending.
Requirements
- First degree in Physical Sciences and Engineering; MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience of which five (5) years must be in lubricant blending and marketing. In addition, candidates must have spent at least 3 years in a senior management position
