Chevron Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Drilling and Completions Performance Manager

Responsibilities
  • This position will focus on developing and championing key work processes to improve reliability and efficiency in the NMA D&C group.
  • Assure Reliable drilling and completion equipment is deliver to rig sites .
  • Efficient operations are based on proper execution of operations that incorporate standard operating procedures, lessons learned and recommendations from previous operations.
  • This individual will liaise with operations group and business partners to assure quality plans and standards are in place and followed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
  • Minimum of Twenty (20) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling and completion and drilling operations at a senior level.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and champion critical drilling processes
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proven technical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good planning and scheduling skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
