Job Title: Operation/Marketing Manager

Job Description
- Understand and manage store performance.
- Understand customer needs in terms of product availability and build the brand
- Set prices and have strategies for promotions.
- Forecast sales and identify potential trade gaps.
- Set sales targets and manage end to end, promotions and store events.
- Ensure fully stocked shelves by liaising with the commercial team for product availability.
- Advice on new products based on customer demand.
- Ensure unity amongst store staff and cleanliness of the store at all times.
- Create rolling annual trade plans
- Ensure accountability of funds and diligence of store staff.
- Create a scheduling pattern for store staff for efficiency purposes.
- Ensure overall marketing strategy.
- Create awareness strategies for the store.
- Create a customer friendly environment for shoppers.
Qualifications
- Prospective and qualified candidates must have either HND or B.Sc in any related field
- Three (3) years cognate working experience in retail outlet, supermarket or in the FMCG industry
- Preferences would be given to candidates with required years of experience.
