Other Necessary Information
- Graduands and recipients of prizes are expected to be physically present to be admitted to their degrees and/or to receive their awards during the ceremony.
- Each graduand is entitled to two invitation cards for his/her guests. On arrival, graduands are expected to collect the invitation cards from their respective Departmental Administrative Officers.
- Academic gowns should be issued only on presentation of payment receipt of N7,000 for first degree, N 10,000 for postgraduate diploma and N15,000 for M.Sc/Ph.D. from the Bursary.

Payment Procedure
- When the page opens, click on ”Portal” at the right side of the page
- Click on Bursary Collections
- Select Payment Category (Student related payment)
- Select your category item for the payment
- Undergraduate
- Postgraduate PGD
- Postgraduate Masters
- Postgraduate Ph.D
- Complete the form to generate the payment invoice
- Proceed to any bank for payment; alternatively pay online with your debit card after generating invoice.
- Proceed to Bursary Unit for your Official receipt.
- All gowns should be returned not later than Monday, April 9, 2018. Thereafter, the non-return of the regalia will attract a penalty of N 1,000.00 for each extra day.
