Job Title: Manufacturing Shift Manager
Location: Abia State
Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing of team to deliver shift/daily targeted outputs.
- Ensuring that all product meet the adequate quality requirements
- Running of all operating plants effectively and efficiently. Ensuring discipline and workplace organisation
- Ensuring adequate coaching and training of staff/employees
Requirements
- BSc in Chemical Engineering or Pure Science
- Age: 28 - 35 years
- 2 - 3 years in a similar job role in FMCG Company
- Exposure to 5’s, TPM, 1S09000 would be an advantage.
