Job Summary
- To build strong health information centre that will ensure prompt service to patient.
- To ensure complete and accurate documentation of all patient records and to protect the confidentiality of patient health records.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
The key result areas of this role are:
- Clinical Care
- Send admission notification to companies
- Get authorization from companies for specialized investigations and surgeries
- Prepare medical report for client
- File Retrieval - Antenatal Clinic
- Patient’s reminderappointment
- Appointment Scheduling
- Document scanning and archiving
- Adherence to clinical governance
The Person
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND in Health Information Management/Biostatics and a Practicing License.
- 0-2 years relevant work experience in the health sector.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with Lily hospitals' health and safety policy and statutory regulations.
- Ensure a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients, clients and members of staff to help reduce infection.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
- Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
- Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
