Such a person must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a Fellow of the West African or Nigerian Post Graduate Medical College or its equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years requisite work experience.
- Must have good professional and interpersonal relationship skills.
- NB:- There is a decent living quarters too.
